Refund policy

1. Returns

a. Eligibility - We do not accept returns unless an item received is damaged/faulty. Please contact us within 3 working days.

b. Non-Returnable Items - Gift Cards, Original Art, Commissions and Art Prints are not eligible for returns. 

c. Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.

e. Refund - Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-20 business days. - Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

a. Eligibility - We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

b. Exchange Process - To initiate an exchange, please contact us or email us at hello@christenrose.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or defective item. - We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

3. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
